These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products made through this website, available worldwide. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. It is your responsibility to ensure that the digital products are compatible with your devices and software before making a purchase.
2. Products
Our products include digital files such as PDF guides, DXF and DWG files, and other downloadable content. No physical goods will be delivered.
The maximum number of downloads for a product is 2.
Do not download CAD files (DXF, DWG) to your phone because you will not be able to open them! Download them on a computer!
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed via the online store. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email and download links for your digital products. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate during checkout. Accepted payment methods include [Insert Payment Methods]
4. Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically. Download links will be provided immediately upon successful payment, either on the confirmation page or via email.

5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in € and may include applicable taxes depending on your location. Any additional charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, you acknowledge and agree that by purchasing and downloading digital products, you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download has begun. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download begins. Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you encounter technical issues with a product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.
7. License and Usage
All purchased digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the products in any form.
8. Limitation of Liability
